The leopard is barely recognisable after emerging from the pool covered head to tail in mud.

This is the moment a leopard dived into a lake in South Africa to catch a fish and emerged completely covered in mud. It had been stalking the pool for a day before spotting his moment.

"Towering high above the Kenyan landscape, this female elephant is huge, her long tusks curving right down to the ground.

Known as a "big tusker" she's a rare and extraordinary sight -- it's estimated that fewer than 30 of these animals still exist in Africa."

Will Burrard-Lucas encountered a rare big tusker known as the "Elephant Queen" in Kenya before she died and took some incredible pictures. The animal was one of about 30 remaining in Africa.

A pink elephant! It is unclear whether the calf is a true albino or ‘white’ elephant, but may be what is known as a leucistic animal. A true albino has no protective skin pigment, melanin, and has unpigmented pink eyes and white skin with no markings. A leucistic animal is white, but has dark eyes, and can have some pigmentation, producing ‘ghost’ markings.
