Hi everyone!

My name is Joppe Leerling and I'm the Chairman & Treasurer of the EFR Master Career Week 2023.
For the past months, my fantastic team and I have put in a great effort to put together the fifth edition of this amazing event.

In my role I am in continuous contact with my committee members to support them in achieving their professional and personal goals this year.
Simultaneously, I safeguard the whole process of organizing a financially healthy event that is in line with our goals and values.

Having participated in this event myself before, I'm very excited to see how everything is coming together.
I'm proud of the progress we have booked as a team and I can't wait to see you all at our event in November.

Port and Logistics bootcamp!

Today we end our bootcamp!
On the 1st December we are visiting MTBS and BP
Tomorrow, 2nd of December we end our bootcamps with Ceva Logistics and Shell!

My name is Ahana Bhattacharya and I am the Commissioner for Marketing of the EFR Master Career Week 2022. In my role I am responsible for online marketing related activities! My name is Erroll van Dijk and I am the commissioner for Commercial Relations & Events of the EFR Master Career Week 2022. In my role I am responsible for acquisition, so the contact between our committee and the companies as well as the overall organization of the event.

As the commissioner for Commercial Relations & Events, you get in contact with a lot of leading companies and you get to know the ins and outs of organizing a large event.

For the students attending our bootcamps here are some tips to get the most out of this opportunity!

1. Be on time! Coming 10-15 minutes early to the discussed location is always good to make sure there are no delays
2. Know the companies. It’s always good to have some knowledge about the companies you will be visiting.
3. Prepare some questions. You’re going to meet with recruiters from these huge companies and this is your chance to ask your questions and leave a good impression!

My name is Sid Moram and I'm the Commissioner for Data and Marketing of the EFR Master Career Week 2022.
This means I supervise all aspects of marketing of the event, analyze all the data that comes in as well as

Curious whether you can miss your lecture?

We made some arrangements with your students advisors.

Erasmus School of Economics students: Most master students are currently doing electives, if you are in one, you can skip a lecture cause it doesn’t have mandatory attendance.
Are you in a seminar? (Data Science and Marketing Analytics of Economics and Business or Accounting, Auditing and Control) In that case you do have mandatory attendance, however you can discuss whether you may skip a lecture with your professor.

RSM: Program management has communicated our event to all professors, they have asked them to be lenient and stressed the importance of this event for you as a student. Check-in with your own professor to get to know the exact exemption that your lecturer instated. While doing so make sure to refer to the EFR Master Career Week in compliance with the program management announcement.
