Dating from 1656, it was designed by Daniel Stalpaert and served as a warehouse for the guns, sails, flags and naval equipment of the war fleet.
The maritime museum has actually been located here since 1973. Experience 500 years of Dutch maritime history and admire the 300,000 objects in this beautiful museum.
