Overcapaciteit wil zeggen dat hotels meer kamers beschikbaar hebben dan door toeristen geboekt kunnen worden. Holiday Concept biedt deze vrije hotelkamers aan met als enige voorwaarde om het ontbijt en diner in het hotel te gebruiken en af te rekenen.
