High season is starting soon now but after this strong rainperiod many roads in the parcs are damaged and ask everything from your vehicle. You can expect more trouble with cars that are not kept in perfect condition. Many landcruisers in Tanzania are not well kept.
Our landcruisers are in perfect condition. We check them after every safari and do the necessary repairs and replacements of parts.

Safety and comfort is our nr 1 priority!

Raining, raining, raining. Still we enter Ngorongoro saturday 28 april. The cloud is hanging low over the big crater. We take the rim heading for Nainokanoka. The roads are in bad condition but the car is smoothly taking the deep gaps and bumps in the roads. This can only happen when you have a top driver like Rama. Unbelievable how he also manages to get the car through this complete safari without any damage.

There he is!

Descending from Ngorongoro to Lake Natron by foot is a wonderful trip with astonishing views. But after 5 to 6 hours it is a joy to see the white landcruiser of Mindful Adventure waiting for us to get in and drive us to a very welcome cold coke at the Campsite.

Hadzabe bushmen

During the mensafari 8 men are invited by one of the last bushmen tribes on Earth. Tanzania is the home of about 1000 bushmen left. Their name is Hadzabe. On these pictures you can see their average age is not high. Most of them die young. They sleep on the ground under a leaf and they live of small preys like squirrels, doves or small monkeys. Their hunt is of ancient times, spectacular and they use bow and arrow. Their skills are perfect. The arrow goes straight through the heart of the animal. Our men are experiencing this hunt and are guided to use a bow and arrow. It is a lot of fun. But no they dont use it to hunt themselves.

Before our clients arrive at the airport, we enter this state of positive arousel. We are happy, a bit nervous and patiently waiting for them. I like that state of being very much.
A new safari is going to start and every safari will be different and challenging. Also most clients are coming out of the plane in an exciting mood. They are in Africa and somehow this is not the same as going to America. Africa is a totally different world for them and they can't wait to start but sometimes they feel a little scared also. Here we are picking up 7 men to take them back to the roots during a mensafari at Kilimanjaro airport. Aho

A luxury Toyota Landcruiser can be of great support to older or sick clients.

Mindful Adventure is organizing many grand safaris and short Tours itself. Our last Safari was a Swahili Sojourn. Mark walker and Rama Ama took two older Americans on a mountain- and coastal safari in Tanga Region and Usambara. The American man was recovering from heart problems and the comfort of our luxury Toyota Landcruiser was exactly what he needed during game drives and road trips.
