A large group is going to Spain this weekend. This time our runners leave for Valencia and Lanzarote to enjoy great events. The Valencia Marathon, the Half Marathon, and the 10 Km in Lanzarote are beautiful yearly events.
The runners who will blast into Valencia will see a dazzling start and finish at the city of arts and sciences. The route runs through the historic center of Valencia and past a few highlights such as Plaza Ayuntamiento, Plaza de Toros and Turia Park. The course is entirely flat and suitable for setting a fast time.
Runners participating in the half marathon in Lanzarote will be transferred to the start, located in Los Pocillos. The runners get some elevation changes along the way and run a beautiful route along the coast and Arrecife. The participants of the 10 Km race run the same course but shorter.
These beautiful marathons are definitely worth running; Loopreizen wishes you a very pleasant journey and good luck!

This upcoming weekend has a significant event in store. The Marathon of the capital city of Greece: Athens. The Marathon of Athens is one of the biggest Marathons to exist. Its nickname, ‘’The Mother of Marathons,’’ suits the marathon perfectly.
The ancient city has many beautiful sites, such as the Panathinaiko stadium, which is the marathon's finish. In this stadium, the first modern Olympics took place.
Globalrunning.com wants to wish you a safe trip and good luck. But mostly enjoy it!

The TCS Amsterdam Marathon was another big success, and were are glad to have been part of it and accompanied a great group of runners in Amsterdam.
Looking back one last time on this fantastic event, we can only hope we will see everybody again in 2023!

Perhaps one of the most beautiful marathons in Italy!
In Italy you can run the Florence Marathon again on 28 November. Passing the Ponte Vecchio, the Piazza della Signoria and ending up at the world-famous Piazza Duomo, it is like running through a living painting. You are surrounded by centuries-old history, art and culture.

The Asics Stockholm Marathon takes place on 09 October. During this race in the Swedish capital you run past many sights and across various islands in Stockholm. As a magical attraction you will finish in the Olympic stadium of Sweden!

A marathon in a beautiful historical city!
Like many things in the Czech Republic, the birth of the Prague Marathon is a legendary story. Drawn on a napkin (while enjoying a beer) the course was designed in 1994, with the idea of establishing a tradition. It certainly succeeded! Run along the many sights of Prague during this Marathon!

The biggest Marathon in Europe! The Paris Marathon, traditionally run in spring, but this year on 17 October! Many runners come here for their very first marathon, where the route passes many highlights of the French capital. Together with a wonderful atmosphere, you and many runners will arrive at the finish line near the Arc de Triomphe.

The Dom is the goal, Cologne the setting!
03 October sees the return of the Cologne Marathon, one of the biggest marathons in Germany! The fast course, which for the most part runs through the city centre and along the Rhine, offers the runners the opportunity to set some very fast times. Is the marathon just a bit too long? Would you like to run a fast time at your next marathon?
Previous editions of the Budapest Marathon have proven that fast times can be run in the Hungarian capital. During this marathon you run along the most famous sights of Budapest. With a lot of music, it is a true party during this marathon weekend.
