The plot is completely fenced incl. an enclosed carport. There is lots of privacy! The house is perfect for families, it has 2 floors suitable for a total of 10/11 persons, a private pool with sunloungers, several terraces, comfortable loungeset, 2 BBQs, a private parking and WIFI. There are facilities for children available, including 2 babybeds with a comfortable mattress and high chairs (on request), plates and cutlery, toys. The 2 levels are both fully equipped (kitchen, living room, bathrooms, bedrooms). The levels are connected by an external stairway each having their own frontdoor and will only be rented out to one party. The house will never be shared with others. LEVEL 1: accommodates up to 4 adults and 2/3 children LEVEL 2: accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children . . The 9x4 meter swimming pool has walk-in steps over the entire width and a depth of 1 meter to 2 meters. The pool terrace is equipped with sufficient adjustable sunbeds and umbrellas and has an outdoor shower. For the safety of the kids there are stairfences available (on request), to secure that small children cannot enter the pool unattended and there is a pool security system (on request). Because of the stairs on the plot the holidayhome is not easy accessible for everyone.
