Hoe houd jij het voor jezelf leuk op je werk?

Bij veel organisaties krijgen medewerkers op vaste momenten een attentie. Een vast ritueel waarvan ik mij er een aantal jaar geleden bewust werd dat ik dat wel mis als zelfstandige. Dat je met iets wordt verrast door een ander, gewoon als blijk van waardering.

Toen heb ik iemand gevraagd om die rol op zich te nemen en we noemen het (oneerbiedig) 'de afdeling HR'. Met een eigen budget wordt daar creatief voor mij ingekocht.

En vandaag lag er bij de receptie op kantoor weer eens iets. Hoe super leuk.
Ik word er helemaal blij van!

If you are looking for a romantic weekend of extreme peace and quiet then this B&B HEI15 in is simply awesome! We went with 2 couples and got the apartment with our own living and terras.

Great combination with Maastricht. Just heaven!

PS It is also very affordable
