I've been in my kitchen-garden this morning...

And now time has come to preserve the wonderful tomatoes from my kitchen-garden. I'm going to be doing this two-three times a week. First you peel them, you take away the seeds, put the meat in the glasses, screw the lock on and put them in a large pot covered with cold water and take to a boil. Let them simmer more or less 4 hours, cool in the pot over night and there you are. Fresh tomatoes for the winter time. Good luck.
