Now, you can benefit from this program by applying online from the comfort of your home. The government has also created model homes for public convenience.

Facilities are provided for acquiring homes in private schemes as well. To reduce the cost of homes in private schemes, the government will provide subsidies.

The third feature helps users easily search web pages from their browser history, with AI assisting in the process.

These three features will initially be available in the United States, and it is not yet clear when they will be introduced in other countries.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced that visas for Chinese citizens will be free after August 14. He also stated that the transfer of Chinese industry to Pakistan through joint projects will be beneficial.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the visit of the Chinese delegation will promote investment in Pakistan and expressed confidence that the visit will be fruitful.
Wang Fokang, the head of the Chinese delegation, stated that technical cooperation will strengthen the strategic relationship between Pakistan and China and thanked Pakistan for its hospitality.

Pakistani martial artist Mohammad Rashid Naseem, the first Pakistani to reach a century of world records, has broken another world record by crushing 39 cans with his head in 30 seconds. Guinness Book of World Records shared a video on their social media showing Naseem breaking 39 soda cans with his head in just 30 seconds.

Naseem, who has previously set 100 different world records, started his record-breaking journey in 2013 by opening 40 bottle caps in one minute. Since then, he has continued to achieve record after record, bringing his total to 101 with this latest feat.

Some of his notable records include the most cans crushed with the head in one minute, the most walnuts crushed with the hand in one minute, and the most watermelons crushed with the head in 30 seconds.

This highway will be 64 kilometers long and will utilize modern eco-friendly technologies, such as solar-powered automated trams and smart traffic management. The company states that Dubai is rapidly expanding, and its population could double by 2040, necessitating creative solutions to address new challenges.

A key feature of this highway will be the automated solar-powered tram, with green areas, parks, and overpasses built above it to facilitate pedestrian movement. The Punjab Cabinet has approved the 'Punjab Anand Karaj Marriage Registrar Rules 2024' to formalize Sikh marriages, making Punjab the first province in the world to implement the Sikh Marriage Act.
