We were lucky to meet some of our regular guests from Sweden last night, when they brought back a halibut of 16,5 kg.
They were pleased with the catch. We were pleased as they gave us the halibut's head(and we had a lovely dinner today!). 🍀🐟😋

There has been caught quite a few halibuts this season. This one from our Swedish guests last night.
16,5 kg.
And yes, the head is a delicatesse❣️🐟🍀😋

Last day of Easter and as we've had sunny beautiful days for more than 2 weeks the spring is really progressing❣️☀️
Snow has almost melted away, our garden is blooming, the boats are getting ready to be launched... and we let the cows out today!! 😃🐄

Another one of our boats was set out yesterday ready for a new season! So far April was warmer than May, but summer is definitely on it's way. 😃
Some of our guests have arrived many weeks ago, and finally it seems we will have a normal season. 😊
