Looking for a unique living experience? Volda floating home gives you a rare opportunity of living not near, but ON a Norwegian fjord! She is an old ferry from the 1960's rebuilt into a fresh new architectural home on the sea.
There is nothing that compares to waking up and walking out in the living room with the sun reflecting from the water around. A sense of calm that is rarely found elsewhere. The closeness to the sea and all that it brings is nothing but extraordinary. And with possible orcas, seals, otters, jellyfish, goats, reindeer, seagulls and fish surrounding you will most certainty feel close to nature.
The house is totally approximately 340m² with common living room/kitchen area with a 4m long dining table, 2 open lounging areas with sofa and TV and one private lounging area in the officers cabin.
Renting can be done either single/multiple rooms or the whole boat.
