Bhaktapur: Fasidega Temple (or Silu Mahadev)
Built in the 1650s under the dynasty of the Malla kings, the temple collapsed for the first time during the 1934 earthquake and then a second time during the 2015 earthquake.
Rebuilt for the first time in a style different from the original, this time it was rebuilt in accordance with the original.

Bhaktapur : Temple Fasidega (ou Silu Mahadev)
Construit dans les années 1650 sous la dynastie des rois Malla, le temple s'est effondré une première fois lors du tremblement de terre de 1934 puis une seconde fois lors du tremblement de terre de 2015.

Happy Ghode Jatra!

Ghode Jatra (Aswa Yatra), which translates to "horse parade," is a festival held in annually to commemorate the death of a demon named Tundi. It also lies on 2nd day of three day festival "Pāhān Charhe (पाहां चह्रे)” celebrated by Kathmandu’s Newar community. The festival is celebrated with great fanfare and is a public holiday in the valley.

Every year, the Nepal Army organizes a special program at (an open parade ground), where horses parade through the grounds to "gallop over the defeated demon Tundi's grave to keep him underground." While the army cavalry performs its acts at Tundikhel, the idols of many gods and goddesses are paraded in different areas around Kathmandu Valley by the locals in small chariots called .
