One Home for Motherland,NRN,PVT, has formed under Nepal Company Act, registered Company
Located at Bhaktapur,Nepal. The purpose of forming company with greater visionary aspects among
the Nepalese people living aboard for bringing gap with their motherland, Nepal. We came to
collective ideas among our founders search for better living places for Non Residence Nepalese
communities , To achie
ve our goal, we had selected Plot of Lands near by Tourism City Bhaktapur
which is a famous place for Visitors around the Globe. Our Company came to the plan to develop 80
Ropani Land for future housing among those Nepalese living aboard. The 80 ropani Land will develop
for 80 dwelling per Ropani as deductable 25% (4 ana) each 1 ropani plot for Park, Road etc. so the
left 12 Ana divided each Land owner. The company has its time frame maximum 1 year to develop
each plots to provide Land owner Certificate for each individual Land Owner. The second phase will
be the housing construction on the site. We have given privilege to the each Landowner to choose
their home design for future construction. The company will focus on economically sustainable
for housing construction so the each an every Landowner can offer reasonable value to build their
housing facilities. The constructed House will be more efficient and highly build with International
standard as the owner likes. Our Company is the first company to focus on NRN communities unite
and live their better life on their motherland. Our goal to introduce NRN, Communities settling them one place so they can enjoy their dwelling
even better then Foreign Country. To bring communities together in their own country and living
together sharing their ideas and views to develop their mother land. Once a Nepalese for ever
