For these reasons, we are committed to supporting the culture and environment and improving the standard of living in the Himalayas through our work and through our earnings. We provide jobs to villagers as we pass through their homeland, educate young people about the importance of using resources wisely, pick up mountain climbers' used oxygen bottles and return them to the city for recycling, fund village clinics and a library, and have launched a foundation to support many cultural and nature preservation projects.

On the very first day of Holy Mount Kailash Parikrama (Circumambulation), despite hiring horse, yatris decided to take the journey on foot to gain spiritual merit.

Kailash Yatris who went onto the Holy Mount Kailash-Mansarovar Lake Yatra with Karnali Excursions on June 11, 2016, performed a special Havan on the shore of sacred Mansarovar Lake.

All Yatris who went to holy Mount Kailash with Karnali Excursions on June 11, 2016, had a wonderful Darshan of Mount Kailash and sacred Mansarovar Lake. Karnali Excursions arranged a special parikrama around the Mansarovar Lake and Ritual Dip.
