There is simply no other discipline quite like yoga because it utilized the body, mind and spirit, all in one practice. Yoga is indeed a spiritual path that is based on ancient sacred philosophy, but one does not need to make an ethical decision when practicing yoga, rather finding your own path is wholly accepted. The holistic benefits of yoga are suitable for the young or old, sick or well, with any religious background. The secrets of yoga are inwardness, concentration, and purification of mind and body .
Daily yoga is considered to be higher than mere performing of exercises. Yoga helps one to establish integrity among his outer self as well as his inner. If the postures are done correctly then yoga breeds a positive effect both in the inner and outer selves of an individual. Exercises like walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, biking can only look after the physical development of the body, whereas, yoga brings peace of mind, refreshes the body, releases stress, brings in good health, relaxation and happiness.

Day 1st ARRIVAL DAY
Before 03:00 pm – Personal day. Leisure: Self Study
05:00 - 05:15 pm – Nepali Tea
05:15 - 07:00 pm – Prayer,Chanting Mantra, Spinal Asana/ Suryanamaskar; Yoga-nidra, Mudra, Meditation Yoga
07:00 - 07:30 pm – Dinner and Nepali Tea
07:30 - 08:00 pm – Tratak Cleansing. Discussion
08:00 - 10:00 pm – Leisure: Evening walk, Bajrasana, Self-study
10:00 pm – Time to go Bed
Day2nd MAIN RETREAT DAYS
06:00 am – Wake up. Drink 400ml warm water
06:30 - 07:00 am – Nasal Cleansing and Nepali Tea
07:00 - 08:45 am – Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Bandha, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra)
09:00 - 10:00 am – Breakfast and Nepali Tea
10:00 - 01:00 pm – Therapy + Leisure: Cooking, Self Study, working at vegetable field 2 to 3 Hours
01:00 - 02:00 pm – Lunch and Nepali Tea
02:00 - 05:00 pm – Leisure: Nature/Village walk, Self-practice, Temple visit
05:00 - 05:15 pm – Nepali Tea
05:15 - 07:00 pm – Prayer, Spinal Asana, / Hirdya Asan,Suryanamaskar; Yoga-nidra, Mudra, Meditation Yoga
07:00 - 07:30 pm – Dinner and Herbal Tea
07:30 - 08:00 pm – Tratak Cleansing. Discussion
08:00 - 10:00 pm – Leisure: Evening walk, Bajrasana, Self-study, if more then 5 people we do singing Bhajan
10:00 pm – Bed Time (Lights out)
Day3rd CHECK OUT DAY
06:00 am – Wake up. Drink 400ml warm water
06:30 - 07:00 am – Nasal Cleansing and Herbal Tea
07:00 - 08:45 am – Prayer, Warm up exercise,Hirdya Asan ( Heart posture) Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Bandha, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra)
09:00 - 10:00 am – Breakfast and Herbal Tea
10:00 - 12:00 am – Rest/Shower/Pack
12:00 pm – Check Out
Inclusions:
• Accommodation (hot shower included)
• Towel and slippers
• 3 vegetarian meals daily and 1 Lunch on either check in or check out day
• Daily herbal tea as mentioned above
• 2 Yoga sessions per day including yoga mat
• Drinking water
• Daily therapy session on Main Retreat Days only
• Home stay with Family and also if needed Hotel will be provided

Exclusions:
• All transfers and transport to and from the centre
• All excursions out of the centre including meals taken off-site

• Early check in or late check out. Check in is at 5pm and check out is at noon.
