Glimpses of our Youthlinc Global Community Leadership (GCL) Trek to Langtang Valley and up & over the G***a La pass. 14 leaders & students from Utah State University trekked through stunning landscapes from 7 to 18 May 2024 while making time to train & distribute water filters to small communities in a remote corner of Langtang & Helambu.
At 0848 hrs on 22nd May 2024 our team of two British clients (Christopher Warren & Mark Adey) and Instructor & IFMGA guide Lam Babu Sherpa cruised up to the summit of Lobuche Peak 6119m and made their dream come true !
Nepali Tea wins ‘World’s Best Tea’ in the World Tea Expo 2024 organized in Las Vegas, USA. The tea manufactured by Siddha Devi Tea Estate won the titles in four categories, which included ‘Grand Champion’, ‘Best Liquor’, ‘Best White Tea & ‘Origin Winner’.
KATHMANDU, May 1: Tea produced in Nepal has won the title of the ‘World’s Best Tea’ in the World Tea Expo 2024 organized in Las Vegas, USA.
Today we celebrated 34 years of organizing Bespoke adventures in the Himalaya, running safari camps in the remote jungles of Nepal and offering Logistical Support to adventure projects with our invaluable support crew that was initially made up of loyal, tough & hardworking men and now includes father & sons who serve together.

A male snow leopard spotted at less than 500ft on 23rd January in the eastern plains of Nepal (way out of its normal habitat) has been rescued and is under treatment with the objective to save it and hopefully release it in it’s right habitat.

The autumn season is on !!
We started our river safari lying deep in the jungle to have a close encounter with two tigers while the camera traps recorded photos of more ! Team Waves for water with no other than it’s founder Jon Rose summited Mt Lobuche on a fabulous clear & crisp October morning while our trek on the off the beaten path to Siklis had this stunning weather on Tara Hill and even heard the Red Panda !
It’s that time of the year when we are brushing up our skills & training new hands. Food is a very important part of the experience we offer and so before every season we run cooking classes for our cooks and our leaders & trainers try it out to make sure it’s up to the mark !
