Job Location: In house, Jwagal-10, Kupandole, Lalitpur, Nepal
Experience: 2-3 year of professional experience.

✅ Job Description

Collection and posting of ticketing transactions in the accounting system
Prepare daily ticket sales/ purchase Report
Prepare ASR and payment to domestic airlines
Reconcile purchase with the IATA and Airlines and sales with the clients
Check and prepare refund memo and make necessary entry in the accounting software
Prepare vouchers as per the bills received from the vendors/ suppliers after verification
Prepare and book VAT and other TDS
Prepare NRB report, Tourism reports
Maintain financial security by following internal control

✅ Professional Skill Required

2/3 years of experience in travel company on airlines related accounting domestic and IATA ticketing
Knowledge of book keeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
Strong knowledge of accounting software Tally ERP 9
Knowledge of VAT & Taxation system of Nepal Government
Strong knowledge of MS Office- esp deeper understanding of using Excel Sheet for accounting, Google sheet & Doc
Close attention to detail and accuracy

Natraj Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd is looking for a competent candidate for the position of Finance Assistant. The major job responsibility of this position is as below.

✅ Assist in maintaining a book of account, prepare vouchers (PV, JV, RC), ledgers, cash book & assist in keeping store inventory and office logistic management. Maintaining a proper filling system for the financial documents.

✅ Enter financial transactions (vouchers) in Tally software and produce reports as necessary.

✅ Check the bills & necessary supporting papers for making the payment of expenses submitted to the finance team.

✅ Maintain records related to bookkeeping, expenses, funds on accurate basis and process for reimbursement on time in accordance with policy and practices Natraj Tours and travel Pvt Ltd.

✅ Visit relevant offices for membership renewals, banks, and tax offices.

✅ Attend to all the external vendors for issuing cheques

Person specification

✅ Minimum Intermediate degree in Management with good knowledge in accounting and financial management. Minimum of 1 year experience in working in a finance team.

✅ Must have good knowledge in MS Office application and Tally software. S/he must also have a two-wheel driving license.

Suitable candidates meeting the above criteria are requested to send their CV and cover letter to [email protected] by 10th December 2022, 5:00 PM. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for further selection process.
