Taleju Bhawani Temple,
Located in Kathmandu, Nepal, is a historic Hindu temple dating back to the 12th century.
Dedicated to Goddess Taleju Bhawani,the royal goddess of the Malla dynasty of Nepal.It was built
by Mahendra Malla.

Indra Jatra the biggest religious street festival celebrated in the Kathmandu Valley of Nepal .
It is celebrated for Eight long days here in Kathmandu.

It honors Lord Indra, the Hindu god of rain, and marks the end of the monsoon season. The festival features various cultural and religious events, including the Kumari Jatra, where the living goddess Kumari is paraded in a chariot. Traditional dances along with Pulukisi and lakhey naach, processions, and the raising of the lingo (a ceremonial pole) are performed. It's a vibrant festival that showcases Nepal's rich cultural heritage.
