Pretty stoked got my truck back on the road today after the engine decided to implode four weeks ago while lifting out a Phoenix palm. After managing to find a replacement engine (partial rebuild)and an awesome effort from the team at Truckspecs Albany swapping everything over and getting me back on the road

Spending the week in Warkworth removing forty odd Lombardi Poplars along a tight driveway next to a creek. The things you need to come up with to create a stable platform for stabiliser placement to stop the truck from falling into the creek.

Yesterday I got called to a site in Titirangi where a slip had fallen down and away from the road side taking a carport complete with car with it and was resting against the house below. The task was to recover the car and to pull remaining structure off the carport up and away from the house at the same time not to block traffic. I managed to get the car up and onto the road and the owner was able to drive it away with only a broken tail light
