Looking for something to keep the kids busy in the new year? Have them join us for a week (or two…) of golfing fun! 🎉🏌️‍♂️

Our school holiday programmes are designed to be taken as a full week, and are ideal for kids ages 7 to 12. All abilities welcome.

All sessions are coached by a PGA Professional at one of our two locations- choose from IOG Albany or IOG Ellerslie.

IOG Coach, Melody Huang, was at the head of the class this week 👩🏻‍🏫 - teaching a group of enthusiastic PE students from our neighbours, Kristin School. Learning the basics of golf - grip, aim, stance and ball position (and definitely a good dose of safety thrown in there too! 😉) - gave the kids an awesome intro to the game! ⛳️🥇

Melody is available for private lessons at our IOG Albany location, Monday and Wednesday-Saturday. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, Melody serves a wide range of learners at all stages of their golf journeys.

We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of the Institute of Golf coaching team, Melody Huang!

With nearly 20 years coaching experience in China and the United States, Melody brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to IOG. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka and English, Melody is excited to share her love of golf with all of our clients.

Melody joins our team Friday 21 June and will be based at IOG Albany. She will start taking lesson bookings from Saturday 29 June. If you’d like to be one of Melody’s first clients, please email [email protected] to reserve a lesson time!

Join our golf-focused junior fitness classes at our Albany location!

Budding junior golf stars will work with Personal Trainer Paul Greenwood of PGStrong in a small class environment, where they will focus on fitness, strength and conditioning that is tailored to young golfers. Paul has years of experience working with top golfers from around the globe, helping them to pursue and achieve their goals. Paul and his wealth of knowledge about the golf swing are huge assets to IOG and our students.

Classes are held every Thursday during term time. The boys class meets from 4:30pm to 5:15pm, with girls following at 5:15pm to 6:00pm. Cost is $320 per term, per student. Appropriate for students aged 7 to 17.
