The humble 🍋 I love this time of year when my trees are loaded with lemons - whatsnot to love about a splash of bright yellow in your garden in winter.

This morning I'm off to visit a work colleague so thought I'd take some morning tea. I really enjoy baking - I know my muffins don't look perfect but they taste delicious 😉 Made from a recipe in my favorite baking book.

I'm not a jam or chutney maker but I do preserve lemons for adding to Mediterranean & Middle Eastern dishes.

Also I drink lemon juice with warm water every morning to boost immune system, assist digestion, and flush out the liver (handy when you're also partial to gin - with a slice of 🍋 of course!)

What's your favorite go to with lemons???

Recently I joined The Travel Managers as a Travel Broker which means I can now sell COVERMORE TRAVEL INSURANCE. One thing I noted in the insurance training is something for the young ones who are heading off on their OE and need extended travel insurance in order to get the relevant work visas.
