Not just our owner, AJ (who's no stranger to fitness competitions), but a handful of dedicated members too!

✨ Introducing our Carterton PT Contractors - Ben and Bella ✨

These two are regular faces at SN Carterton and have been working alongside the SN team you already know and love.

They're available to support members and non-members with all things personal training, offering in-person sessions, online training, personalised programs, and free consultations – which they love to do over a good coffee!

Feel free to approach them for a chat, to talk about your goals and get to know them. Between Ben and Bella, they cover different aspects of training and specialties, so having a conversation with them might help you find the best fit for your needs.

SN PREP is back for Term 1!

We are excited to announce that SN PREP will be returning this term. After a short holiday break, we are bringing back our much-loved strength and conditioning classes for kids.
If your child is ready to start their fitness journey, SN PREP Classes offer expert guidance in a supportive and encouraging environment. These classes will focus on creating great technique while focusing on four key training pillars: Strength, Fitness, Balance, and Technique.

Programme Details:
• Start Date: Wednesday, February 5th 2025
• Time: 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM
• Schedule: every Wednesday
• Age Group: 10–14 years old
• Location: Strength Nation Carterton, 65 Nelson Crescent, Carterton 5713
• Price: $120 for 10 sessions

With limited spaces available, early registration is essential. Make sure to secure your child’s spot before registration closes on January 31st.

We have had great feedback from our previous SN PREP Classes, and we are excited to continue fostering your child’s fitness journey in a fun, supportive environment.

🙌🏼 HE DID IT! 🙌🏼

Back in February, we posted about our extraordinary member who set himself the goal of completing 150 Half-Marathons on a Concept 2 Rower in just one year.
Well, yesterday, Brian Roberts rounded out 2024 on a high note by accomplishing his 150th Half Marathon 👏🏼

Not to mention, he also secured the spot of 2nd in the world for his age, when he completed a Half Marathon in August in just 1 hour, 26 minutes, 55 seconds.

Brian was tracking to hit a target of 190 Half Marathons in 2024, but a health scare towards the end of the year slowed things down a little. But he was beyond determined to hit his 150 goal - which he did!
His resilience and perseverance to accomplish his goal is truly inspirational and we're beyond proud of him.

Congratulations Brian - you're a legend!

NATIONALS

Over the weekend, our OGs Matt and AJ competed over at at Mount Maunganui in the Elite Pairs division.

Doing what they do well, they pulled up together and gave the comp their best effort 👌🏽. Walking away with 7th place in NZ, it's safe to say they got it done 💪🏽

HOLIDAY HOURS

We stay open Fam ✌🏽

All through the public holidays and in between, we stay open to our members with the same operating hours, 7 days a week - even Christmas Day!

➡️ Casuals - can now sign themselves up to a day or week pass immediately from outside our Wairarapa Gyms. Just follow the prompts on the board outside each facility. We're still here for any enquiries though, so send a DM or contact 0276900003 to chat!

❗️ Our staffed hours will be reduced and our trainers will be having a well deserved break from regular PT sessions, Intros and Classes, with a couple bonus SN Circuit Classes thrown in. Just check your Gym Master App for which classes are on in each facility.

PT sessions and Classes will wrap up on the afternoon of Friday December 20th, and return 6th January 2025.

💥 SN PREP MASTERTON + TIMETABLE UPDATE 💥

Coaches Conley + Ben held our first SN Prep Masterton Class yesterday, focusing on setting up the kids for a great term of learning and growth 💪🏽

SN Prep is our term based programme we offer to youth to learn the fundamentals of exercise in a fun environment. This is perfect if your child is super keen be part of the gym, but aren't quite of age yet.

🟠 TIMETABLE UPDATE 🟠

SN Club Masterton has a slight update for Term 4 as SN Prep takes place on Mondays at 4.00pm and our private college class on Tuesdays at 2.00pm.
SN HIIT will return to 4.30pm on Mondays from December 16th.

Over the last month AJ, Cam and Nicole have been investing their time rebranding and establishing an existing gym in the beautiful town of Cambridge.
