Venice appears in many people's future travel plans but did you know that for certain days over the next 4 months you will need to pay a small Venice Access fee prior to arrival in order to visit the city as a day tripper? This is a trial for 2024 in an attempt to manage visitor influx and preserve the city's UNESCO heritage status.
