Meet the owners.

We are Jed and Cherry from Hamilton. Full time nurses and parents to three kids. Y2J beach house is a kiwi dream come true for our family as we love going out of town and going to the beach. We built the bach to create many memories in one of our favorite places which is Cooks Beach. We were so thrilled when we bought the property over 6 years ago.

The beach house name inspiration came from our kids and our profile picture is a scribble design by our eldest.

We love everything about the beach house, the community and Cooks beach, we hope you will feel the same when you visit the place.

We apologise if we are only able to open our house to friends and friends of friends.
