Summer means plenty of sunshine (hopefully!), lots of outside time and dining al fresco. Is your outdoor area somewhere you love to go and spend time? ☀️

Making this area a focus now will pay off when the warmer weather really hits. Comfortable seating and a table is a must, but there's plenty of scope to think outside the square with this one! Bean bags, op shopped furniture, floor cushions and benches all count and can add great interest to your space. 🏠

Add in a BBQ or go all out and install a pizza oven or fire pit for roasting marshmallows and you've got an outdoor area that dreams are made of.🧡

Working on a client's dream home is something we love and we've got a great process to guide you through so every step of the way you feel supported. 🏠

Our first meeting we like to call the "Dream and Discuss" stage. We chat, we conceptualise, we talk about finances and lifestyle to make sure we're designing something that's right for you. From there we start the design process which begins with design concept, site visits, project costs, requirements, and so many other factors before we pass it on to our architects and get them to create working drawings. 📝🔨

After that, we're into consents, construction and finally completion! Clients are involved at every stage and in every decision. We love this process and it's worked for over 55 years to allow us to build homes we're proud of all around New Zealand.👍
