Kingston Builders Limited is a family owned building company that is owned by Mike and Glenda Kingston. It was established in 2002. Mike is a licensed building practitioner and Registered Master Builder who holds a National Certificate in Carpentry. He has over 20 years experience in the trade. Glenda, works behind the scenes and is putting the knowledge gained from her Bachelor of Comme

rce majoring in Business Management to work (after years spent working as a preschool teacher!) We specialise in building new homes that meet your needs, at a price that suits your budget. With our low overheads we are able to offer top quality work done at the best price with the peace of mind of a 10 year Master Builders guarantee. We are based in Lincoln although we are happy to work in the Christchurch, Selwyn or Waimakariri districts. Directors, Mike and Glenda, have the support of top employees and quality sub-contractors throughout the building process. We offer the personal touch of having the man you sign the contract with being the one who works on your home. This helps to ensure that the quality of workmanship is kept at the highest level. Although we specialise in new housing we are more than happy to assist you with any job that requires a builders touch...alterations, extensions, repairs…

Earning a gold award and winning the overall category award is something we can all be proud of!

We have been proudly working with DP Homes since the very beginning. Last year we built a house with them, for some lovely clients, which has been entered in the Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition. So this is it…the result of one months worth of facial hair growth for this lot! We will be making a donation to Movember on behalf of the crew but I also promised them a prize for the best mo. I often get accused of having a favourite, so I’m putting it out to a vote…who do you think should win the prize for Kingston Builders best mo??? Mike Kingston, Liam Robinson or Oli Wroe? And a gentle reminder to always look out for your mates, and keep an eye on your boy bits! Movember - raising awareness about men’s mental health, su***de prevention and testicular and prostate cancer.
