This week Delorenzo's Studio Apartments climbed the ladder of Enviro grading and was awarded the prestigious Qulamark ENVIRO - GOLD rating joining our sister property Tides Hotel Nelson this was recognised through our efforts from the following requirements;
-Having significant initiatives put in place to reduce major environmental impacts of the business under a "do no harm" principal
-Making a significant contribution to at least one community and one conservation activity
-Documented monitoring of one or more relevant resource usages
-Evidence that we are taking a proactive role and are an examplary advocate of responsible tourism
