The snow is coming!!
MetService New Zealand has forecast A LOT of snow over the next few days (excited much!?) & today felt like the calm before the storm ❄️🌨️.
Around 50cm is forecast to fall tomorrow at both Whakapapa & Turoa, with snow falls continuing into Friday yewww!!
Be sure to have your chains in the boot even if you have a 4WD like these fine Subarus 👌. Our shuttle service will be operating (free with a lift or sightseeing pass) & will be easiest to catch from Ohakune (Turoa) or National Park Village (Whakapapa).
The storm's meant to clear in time for the weekend... we are fizzing!!
