While walking on the trail next to the Tirthan river we encountered wild lavender growing everywhere. It was a beautiful sight watching all the bees and butterflies feed off the Lavender.

Lavender is used as a natural repellent, but the butterflies and bees are attracted to the sweet aroma and nectar.

Not only does lavender create food for insects it also is used as a powerful antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and contains antioxidants that can help purify and heal different skin issues.
