Tonight, our team celebrated the start of the summer season in true Queenstown fashion, with an unforgettable evening on the legendary TSS Earnslaw! We set sail across Lake Wakatipu, the Earnslaw’s storied history and majestic charm setting the tone for an incredible night ahead.

Our destination? The stunning Walter Peak High Country Station, where we were treated to a feast of epic proportions, a delicious BBQ supper served up with that unbeatable lakeside view. Nothing like the taste of local flavors and the smell of sizzling barbecue to mark the beginning of summer!

From the warm company to the incredible views, tonight reminded us of why we love doing what we do. Here’s to more summer adventures, amazing landscapes, and sharing the best of New Zealand with all of you. 🇳🇿❤️

Our operations manager visited Skippers Road this week and shared some updates. Unfortunately, Skippers is still closed from light house rock (approx. 3km mark).

Please see the update from Downer, who are leading the repairs:

“We’ve made it through to Blue Slip and, thankfully, the issues are fixable! However, we need 3-4 days of fine weather to safely begin work. With rain on the way, it’s unlikely we can start until next week. We’ll be tackling other areas in the meantime.”
