Due to uncertainty about when the border is reopening, the team has made the hard decision of putting the Lakeland Queen into hibernation. From the 25th of October, the vessel will no longer be operating, but we will let you know as soon as we decide to reopen.

Thank you to all our guests who have supported us through these tough times, we hope to see you all aboard sometime in the future ❤️

We hope everyone is enjoying going down to level three and getting a bit more out and about! Unfortunately we can't operate till level 2, but fingers crossed it won't be long until we can welcome people aboard the Lakeland Queen again and you can enjoy a view like this.

As an experienced hospitality professional, you will be bright & engaging with exceptional people skills, strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast paced varied environment.

This role best suits an organised individual with strong leadership skills and a solid financial understanding of budgets, wage costs, payroll, revenue & cost control systems as well as creativity to develop promotions for the food & beverage outlets. A flexibility to work all shifts including weekends and a current Duty Manager License is essential.

Managing all aspects of the F&B operation whilst delivering an excellent guest experience will be second nature to you. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to forecast, plan and manage stock, create and implement a calendar of events, financial reporting, train FOH staff, develop relationships with customers and suppliers and be a hands-on team player. Our goal is to maximise sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
