If you were booked & confirmed for the 12th November and you can attend on the 17th DECEMBER - please email us immediately at [email protected]
with your name and stall number and say "YES - I will be there on the 17th December!"
If you can NOT make it - then please email us and say:
1. "NO cannot make it - I would like to be kept in credit for 2023" and this guarantees you a site.
or
2. "NO I cannot make it and I would like a refund" - (provide your name, site number and bank account details, refunds may take up to 4 weeks).
All others, please refrain from asking questions and commenting if you are not one of the above categories. Our small team (3 full timers) are only 2 at the moment so we are not able to answer any other questions until we have got through this stage. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and wonderful support!

The Te Awamutu Annual Craft Fair has 115 stalls this year, 6 of these are inside the Burchell Pavilion. Here some of the products to can expect to see! Starts at 9am and finishes at 2pm.

If you live local, try walking, if you're coming from Hamilton, catch the number 24 bus at 9am and you'll arrive at 9.35am right on our door step. There is limited parking so help us keep in flowing. 'Beat the feet' or catch the bus.
