Just a reminder that we have packages available for our fully hosted tour to the 2024 Repco Bathurst 1000 in October (and all Supercars events)

Spots are available within our own private High Performance Race Lounge which comes with 3 days of full hospitality. (morning and afternoon tea, lunch, beer, wine, bubbles, soft drinks, special guests and so much more).

This lounge has its own private balcony and is positioned above the Pit Garages, across from Grid Position 3 & 5 on the start grid, making it a perfect position to view the racing.

It can be confirmed that the West Australian Government is now formally working with Supercars on plans to construct a street circuit at Burswood Park in Perth’s CBD.

Comments attributed to Supercars CEO Shane Howard

“Supercars is incredibly excited to receive news that a street circuit at Burswood Park is in the works for the future.

“The Perth street circuit event will be a spectacular addition to our Championship calendar, showcasing Western Australia to a huge national and international audience.

“I want to thank Premier Roger Cook and the West Australian Government for their unwavering
support in helping create what will undoubtedly be an unforgettable event for Perth and Supercars.”

The event will officially commence with the traditional track to town parade on Thursday, January 30 before practice on Friday, January 31 and Qualifying on the first day of February.

Strong interest has already been received from potential 2025 entries, with the race set to potentially welcome a host of brand-new models with the Ferrari 296 GT3, Ford Mustang GT3 and Chevrolet Corvette GT3 all becoming eligible to compete for the first time.

High Performance Travel Auction Raises $250 for the NZ Breast Cancer Foundation.

Our tour to the 2023 Repco Bathurst 1000 was full of highlights and surprises and one of the best was through a last minute auction of a very sort after cap.

Throughout the Bathurst weekend the entire Dunlop Motorsport Tyre Team wore pink for Breast Cancer Awareness. Only the Dunlop Tyre crew were privileged to the rare pink apparel as it was not available for sale.

In saying that Kristy, mechanic for Bloxsom Motorsport, managed to acquire a bright punk Dunlop cap and kindly donated it for our special auction.

The cap was signed by the Bloxsom Motorsport team who were competing in the Toyota 86 support class. This included driver Lachlan Bloxsom, team owner Jonathan Bloxsom and mechanic Kristy McAndrew. (there may have even been a sneaky signature in there from Tony from High Performance Travel)

The auction was fierce with the auction reach $150 by the fall of the hammer ..!

The winner of the auction Barry and Debbie Hart from Hart Haulage in New Zealand, decided that this amount wasn't enough and upped their bid by another $100 dollars to settle on $250 for the NZ Breast Cancer Foundation.

An exceptional outcome from a chance opportunity.

We’re back in Bathurst and have been flat out with our kiwi race fans..!

The High Performance Race lounge is now sitting above the pits and next to grid position 1 & 2.!! It’s the best place to be to enjoy full hospitality and the the start of the great race

Our race fans have been behind the scenes with Dunlop Motorsport learning about the control tyre, its construction, limitations and how each team will manage the race.

We’ve had an insight into Andy McElrea’s Porsche Carrera Cup team, it’s drivers and setup and what it take to stay consistently at the front of the pack.

Believe it or not, we even did a lap of the track with two coach loads of people..!

Helicopters, the National Motorsport Museum and the great race are all still yet to come, and no one has a clue how this years race will pan out.

It’s another great tour to one of our favourite places on the planet

MONCO GP CANCELLED FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1954!

Monaco’s streets will not echo to the sound of F1 machinery after the Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM) announced the cancellation of this year’s Monaco Grand Prix due to Corona Virus

It had earlier been announced that the race had been postponed, along with the Dutch and Spanish Grands Prix, but the ACM have since clarified that “with great sadness” the race will be cancelled.

The race, which this year was scheduled for 21-24 May, has been held every year since 1955, having begun in 1929. The Historic Monaco Grand Prix, which is held ahead of the F1 race, has also been cancelled.

In a statement the ACO said: “The current situation concerning the worldwide pandemic and its unknown path of evolution, the lack of understanding as to the impact on the FIA F1 World Championship 2020, the uncertainty with regards to the participation of the teams, the consequences with regards to the differing measures of confinement as taken by various governments worldwide, the multi-border restrictions for accessing the Principality of Monaco, the pressure on all implicated businesses, their dedicated staff who are unable to undertake the necessary installations, the availability of the indispensable workforce and volunteers (more than 1500) required for the success of the event means that the situation is no longer tenable.”

Booking are open for the 2021 season for all Formula One events.
