During the week another Daisy Day outing for our loverly regular Connie.
Even though it was dull, overcast & damp, there was a bright spot in connies day with a drive though the outer edge of town past some woolly locals (who were very sheepish about having their photo taken.
On to Westermans Cafe for the standard Cupa tea & wee chat. On the way home we saw the "Giant apple Art " in the center of the town. An enjoyable outing to break the dullness of winter.

🌼 This week, we held our 2nd morning tea group and it was a great success! While we didn't capture a photo this time, the joy and laughter shared among our clients made it a truly enjoyable . Looking forward to many more! 🌼

We are proud to provide transportation for many clients in our two wheelchair vehicles! One of our lovely clients, Michelle, often brings her adorable dog, Skye, along for the ride. Skye absolutely loves the journey and makes each trip even more special! 🐾💙

We were blown away today with a beautiful gesture from one of our ACC clients. A grateful mother presented our Daisy driver with a wonderful basket of goodies to share amongst all our drivers to show her deep appreciation for our service. She expressed how her 3 children loved the Daisy Drivers and how much our driving her children to school means to her. We have been transporting her children for the last 6 months and shown in the picture is lovely Cory and Carter and our Daisy Sheree. It's moments like these that make our work so rewarding. Thank you for your kind words and appreciation!

🐾 Today's Daisy outing was to the SPCA for an unforgettable "experience" all about touch! 🐾

One of our Daisies spent companion time with the kittens—cuddles, pats, and lots of purring were on the menu. This was especially wonderful for our cherished client Kevin who is blind. With our Daisies descriptions of the different kittens, what they looked like, and what they were up to, he experienced everything through touch and feel. It was a thoroughly purr-fect experience. 🐈‍⬛🐈

Sometimes, our service adds that special something extra to personalize an outing to fit a client's wish, and our Daisy love this about her job. Seeing his smile was priceless. 😊

Connie enjoyed her weekly outing and went on a lovely semi-rural drive to Otane. Taking in stunning scenery & cute farm animal life along the way.
In Otane they viewed the village & buildings and then went to the "Paper Mulberry cafe" in Te Aute.
A good Ole cuppa English breakfast tea & a glorious chunk of carrot cake plus a wee gossip as all good morning tea's deserve😉.
Then a nice drive back ending a wonderful outing with both🙂feeling blessed .
