Late breakfast for hubby, been a while since I made sourdough, kept the in the fridge for about 3 weeks with out feeding it then feed it a couple of times last week, left in fridge between feeding, the starter is a lot more robust than I realised. I have had this starter for 18 months now 💖💖

This is how not to do a cooking demo ~ OK so this morning I decided to cook hot cross buns for the first time using the Thermomix and talk through the recipe 😂😂 Lessons learnt... ▪️It's a lot harder than it looks ▪️Don't have your family in the same room ▪️Def don't have hubby in the same room as he totally forgets about not talking ▪️Make a recipe you have made a few times before ▪️Need to work on lightning Ps: Not sure I would use that recipe again but we decided because they had so many chocolate chips you couldn't go wrong. 😂😂 xx
