K Halsall LTD I have been involved with product and tool design for the plastics industry for over 30 years.

I started as an engineering patternmaker, originally working with foundry patterns then moving into plastics. Working with a variety of projects, ranging from precise vacuum forming tools, required for chocolate box tray packaging and cosmetic display stands, to tools for blow-moulded products such as wheelbarrows and bottles. This then lead me to the production of tooling for the rotomoulded plas

tics industry. From letterboxes and kayaks to trailers, I have developed a number of unique design features that are now found in a variety of different products. This has given me a vast experience in developing cost effective and efficient tooling.
