We had such a fab day at Kapiti Women's Expo yesterday. What a hive of activity it was with loads of gorgeous exhibits, busy-busy traffic, lots of lovely chats and many connections made too 💕 I was very lucky to have a couple of my crew with me to make the day a lot of fun 😍

GIRAFFES 🦒
Did you know..
🦒Giraffes are only found in Africa.
🦒A group of giraffes are called "towers" (I wonder why? 🤭) They sleep both standing up and lying down, for just around 4 hours a day and in short 30 minute naps.
🦒They have incredibly long tongues, approx 45cm long!
🦒Their spots are unique to every individual giraffe, just like human fingerprints. The spots also help in regulating body temperature.
🦒Because of their incredibly long legs, they have to splay their front legs right out to reach down to a watering hole.. even with their exceptionally long neck.
🦒In East Africa there are 4 species of giraffe all differentiated by their body colour and size/shape of their spots.
