What makes this milestone even more remarkable is the timeline: from our very first meeting on July 19th, it took just 7 weeks to design and secure consents, followed by an impressive 15 weeks to complete the build and handover—right on schedule!

A huge thank you to our incredible subcontractors and everyone who contributed to making this dream a reality. This achievement showcases the power of teamwork, dedication, and the remarkable efficiency of our HomeI design software, which truly accelerates the process. 🙌

Exciting progress today at the Springbank Project! The foundation is officially complete, thanks to the incredible teamwork from Allied Concrete, NS Reid Concrete Ltd, and Marty's Concrete Pumps -outstanding work all around!

We’re also blown away by the efficiency of the QuickSet and Qpod Earth Friendly Foundation. No more pegs or stripping boxing, so we even managed to pour the entry patios and heat pump pads all in one go. Game-changer!
