Sometimes the unexpected happens – bad weather, airline delays or natural disasters such as volcanic eruptions can interrupt your trip and sorting out these issues is not always easy. Thanks to the wonders of modern technology, it is not relevant where you or I are located, everything can be arranged remotely . Many of my clients have not met me – and it’s the true and trusted word of mouth, that has built my business up in the past years.
