What an amazing day. Such a great couple to work alongside. Thanks Anna and Ben.
Seeing these makes me feel excited about the upcoming wedding season...

WEDNESDAY WEDDINGS

Anna and Ben were married at Anna's parents family home in Gladstone. The flowers were stunning, the lawns freshly mowed and the place full of meaning.

This moment I documented whilst the drone operator was posing the couple on a rural road. The lovely bridesmaids were watching on, as well as watching out for motorbikes and cars at the same time!

What a beautiful day for Shaeya and Zane's wedding. The addition of Ric Ashby's immaculate car was certainly the something old on the day...
The setting of Watermill Bakery at Mt Holdsworth was perfect for them and as I left the pizzas smelled delicious.
And those flowers from Purple Dahlia Floral Design - amazing.

In November, a special surprise wedding as part of a 30th birthday. Jordan and Louise, it was so exciting to be part of the surprise and such a delight to see how thrilled everyone was when they realised what was happening. I think this sentence in Jordan's vows was so perfect for them.
"...From the moment I met you I knew I wanted to get to know you and once I got to know you I knew I wanted to be with you and now we are here tonight because I want to spend the rest of my life with you."

Writing and sharing the vows you have written is a special part of a ceremony. The joy for Rhiannon and Dylan is clear on their faces. This promise may have been about not sneakily watching TV episodes but also Dylan shared
" You not only found my inner light, but you help it shine brighter".
This ceremony had laughter, tears and most of all, heaps of joy. Thankyou for choosing me to be your celebrant.
