A multi day, catered, coastal farm walk at Cape Palliser. The iconic Kawakawa Station is one of the Wairarapa’s oldest Sheep Stations.

Experience three exhilarating days encompassing epic coastal and mountain views, ancient native bush, an abundance of wildlife, a dark sky reserve, beaches and crystal clear river and streams. Located along the South Wairarapa coastline with sweeping views across to the South Island, Kawakawa Station is 40 minutes from the bustling wine village of Martinborough, yet it truly feels another world aw

Our spectacular three-day walk offers breath-taking views of the rugged natural landscape of New Zealand high country, native bushland, a spectacular coastline, streams and crystal-clear braided rivers, all set amongst our working sheep station. The walk is fully catered with comfortable lodgings that are unique to Kawakawa Station, and all have their own story to tell. If you wish to experience something special at Kawakawa Station, try sleeping under the stars in our gorgeous ‘Star Gazer’ Lotus Belle Glamping Tent. Surrounded by native bush in a private setting you’ll enjoy all the comforts and amenities, including a well-appointed kitchen and bathroom complete with an outdoor bath. Breast Cancer Cure is New Zealand’s only not-for-profit organisation solely established to find a cure for breast cancer. Fashion for a Cure is a fashion collaboration between Breast Cancer Cure and New Zealand’s top fashion designers. The show in Wellington last week raised more than $83,000 for breast cancer research in NZ. A truly fantastic effort by everyone involved. Kawakawa Station Walk is proud to support such an incredible event 💕
