In 1995, Planet Earth Travel began its journey as Philippines Travel Limited, opening its doors on Level 7 of the iconic Smith & Caughey's building in Wellesley Street, Auckland. For 30 years, we've been honoured to serve the vibrant NZ Filipino community, supporting events like beauty pageants and sporting events that celebrate our rich culture and heritage.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our loyal customers for their unwavering support throughout these three decades. Your trust in us has been instrumental in reaching this significant milestone.

A special thanks to our dedicated team, many of whom have been with us for years. We've evolved with the times and now operate as a fully remote team, allowing us to deliver exceptional service to you wherever you are in New Zealand.

We also express our sincere appreciation to our many airline partners over the years, including Thai Airways, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Qantas, and Philippine Airlines. 28 Dec, 1st day of our holiday, flying with Qantas airways, Auckland Brisbane Manila. We are trying this route for an experience. Both Auckland and Brisbane Qantas first class lounges are superb, the best coffees.

🌏 Important Travel Reminders for the Busy Holiday Season! ✈️

As we head into a very busy holiday season, we want to help make your journey as smooth as possible. Airports are crowded, and delays are common, so please take a moment to double-check your travel arrangements and documents before you go.

Here are some essential tips to ensure a hassle-free experience:

1️⃣ Arrive Early:
Passengers must report to the airport at least 4 hours before departure to avoid missing your flight.

2️⃣ Check Your Travel Documents:
Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
Confirm that you have the appropriate visas, especially for New Zealand travelers.

3️⃣ Philippines Entry Requirements:
Register as early as 3 days within your departure date through https://etravel.gov.ph (this is the only official and free link).

4️⃣ New Zealand Entry Requirements:
A) Register as early as 3 days within your departure date through https://etravel.gov.ph.
B) Complete the New Zealand Traveller Declaration at least 1 day before your flight via https://app.travellerdeclaration.govt.nz.

5️⃣ Special Reminder for New Zealand Passport Holders:
If you plan to stay in the Philippines for more than 30 days, bring:
Your birth certificate or old Philippine passport, or
Your Dual Citizenship Certificate to qualify for the Balikbayan Privilege Program. Without these, you can only stay for 30 days without a visa.

6️⃣ Additional Requirements for Balikbayan and Family Members:
Former Filipino nationals: Present your old PH passport or birth certificate.
Foreign spouses: Present your marriage contract when traveling with your Filipino/Former Filipino spouse.
Foreign children: Provide a birth certificate when traveling with your Filipino/Former Filipino parent.
