Che and I did the landscaping, a fence and deck around one of these a couple of years ago in Palmerston North. Basic, functional design which uses space very economically. Great option for a granny flat or an extra dwelling on your back section.

Just had a lovely chat with Maragaret at Workplace Law, clearing up a question around the 90 day trial period. For an employee already on a casual contract, there 90 day trial period would start from when they initially started on there casual contract.

All employers can now use a 90 day trial clause.
