I cater for one-on-one Personal Training from: Rangiora Fitness Centre, Stadium Fitness Centre or Pegasus Golf Club gym. If gyms are not your thing, then I can arrange to meet you and work out a plan that works for you. I have a wealth of experience with 20 years gym experience as a full-time trainer. My client base includes professional athletes to the complete novice and everyone in between. I a

m able to tailor a plan for each individual, whether it's for weight loss, event specific training, muscle toning or bodybuilding. Everyone has a different goal it's just a matter of creating the plan to suit
