I am creating this page on behalf of Nima Sherpa, one of my most trusted friends and one of the most kind hearted, generous, and wonderfully competent people I have had the pleasure of meeting in my life. Nima lives in New Zealand with his family now but is running treks to the area of his village in Nepal. His village is a three day walk from the nearest road. So far the trust has provided solar

power and built and funded a school for the village. Nima will be running a Trek to his village from Katmandu in April. if you would like to know more please contact Nima at

He told me that the estimated cost will be $4,000.00NZD and that will include the flights from NZ and the 3 week trek to his village and to various other spots in the Everest Region. He will be able to tell you much more so make sure you email him your questions.
