World Youth Service New Zealand (WYS-NZ) The purpose of our programmes is to promote cultural exchange and international understanding through personal interaction between high school students.

Strong international friendships are often retained. WYS-NZ exchange students can use this page as a way of keeping in contact with other students in the same programme, as well as sharing their experiences and encouraging others to apply for an exchange programme too! Whether you are a high school student coming over here to New Zealand, or an outgoing exchange student, use this page as a way of asking your fellow students any questions you might have. Share anything you are worried about - lots of students have already been on a WYS-NZ exchange programme, and will be able to help put your mind at rest! If you have other friends that are on Facebook and have been/are going on an exchange programme, suggest this page to them so that they can interact with other students too.
