Travellers on NZ passports will need an ESTA visa. Here is the official ESTA application website and an instructional video. Visas cost USD21 per person and are valid for 2 years or until your passport expires.

I took this video when I arrived into Copenhagen of a section of the lost luggage laying around the airport. Missing baggage is a common worldwide issue at the moment, so here are a few tips that might help. 🌍 ✈️ 🧳❓
- in addition to your bag tag, add something unique, bright and easily identifiable to your bag.
- Tight connections can mean you or your luggage cannot make the next flight.
- If travelling with someone, look at splitting your luggage between the two bags so if one bag goes missing you still have something.
- Take a photo of your bags before you leave so you have the brand style and look available to show the luggage services.
- Consider buying an AirTag for your bag.
- Get travel insurance with luggage cover.
- If your bag doesn't arrive ask at luggage services if you can return to the airport the next day and look through the lost bags yourself. Some airports allow this and often this is faster than relying on them finding your bag amongst all the others.
