The photoset and GPX file have just been updated for Greens Beach Track. Jess and I drove this again last week to check up on its current condition, and like always, this track never fails to impress! The towering native bush is stunning, the track is fun to drive, and the final destination is a pristine West Coast beach. On a sunny day, when the bush is vibrant and alive with bird calls and cicadas, this is truly a magical place to be!

Not many people know about this remote track, probably due to the limited public information on it. I unearthed this track for the track map a number of years ago, and it has been great getting raving reviews from people that absolutely loved it.
The photos have just been updated on the 4X4 Explorer website, but most importantly, the GPX files have been updated. This GPX update is important as there has been some major changes and a section of the track has deteriorated considerably, has significant overgrowth, which forced a change to the main track GPX file. As long as you use the latest GPX file on the 4X4 Explorer website, you can be confident you’ll be taking the right track.
The track itself is mostly grade 2, with some grade 3 sections. One of the grade 3 sections is a ford over a small river with steepish entry and exit points, and the other grade 3 sections require care when navigating around rocks and the odd track washout section. For this reason, the track is marked as a grade 3, however as long as the river that is forded is running at a normal level, this track can be driven by any standard 4X4 vehicle. Jess and I breezed through this track in a stock standard Grand Vitara last week.
If you are travelling the West Coast, and you have the opportunity to drive this track, then I highly, highly recommend it.
