Lincoln’s The Famous Grouse Hotel are offering Turkish baked eggs 🍳with cumin flatbread and yoghurt, and The Laboratory Smoked Venison Pizza 🍕 both highlight regional suppliers Merchant of Venison Ltd 🥩 and Jones Family Farm yoghurt.

Tai Tapu Hotel - The Tap offers a signature steamed fish 🐟 in a white wine sauce 🥂, showcasing wine from local winery Melton Estate, South Lea Olive Oil, 🍾 and Brown Acres Microgreens NZ, 🍀 General Post has a bacon bagel 🥯 also served with the microgreens.
